    Hi Kitty,
    I just discovered you and your wonderful cookbook “cooking at the Kasbah” In fact, for dinner tonight I am preparing your tajine of chicken, preserved lemons and artichokes!
    I am so enthralled with morocco and Moroccan cooking and noticed that you use to do culinary tours. Since you are no longer conducting these tours is there anyone else / tour company you could recommend for such a culinary adventure?
