    Hi Kitty,

    It sounds like a deliciously fun time at Rancho La Puerta. Since I live near San Diego I’m very tempted to sign up for a day. Maybe I’ll do that for myself for my birthday. In the meantime, I’ll use some of your preserved lemons in a chicken tagine. Yum! For dessert I think I’ll make fresh raspberry sorbet. The raspberries this time of year are superb.
