The Vegetarian Table: North Africa is now out of print. This lovely, illustrated book offers a different twist on the cuisine of the Mediterranean by focusing on meatless dishes from Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. First published by Chronicle Books in 1999, the book was part of popular The Vegetarian Table series, published first in hardcover, then in paperback. Kitty will be happy to update the text, if necessary.
