Mint
Tea
Morocco's national drink of mint tea, uses spearmint, the common backyard mint. It is traditionally served very sweet. It is also good iced. 1 bunch fresh spearmint, rinsed and drained Place the tea in a teapot. Add boiling water and steep for a couple of minutes. Add the mint to the pot. Steep for a few minutes.
